Questions from parents

From what age can children start?

From age 3. The youngest have their own group with an age-appropriate programme.

Does my child need to know how to draw?

No. We’ll teach them to draw — what matters is wanting to create.

What should my child bring?

Nothing — materials are included. We recommend clothes that can get messy.

What if my child misses a lesson?

Let us know at least 24 hours ahead and your child can make it up in another group. If you cancel later, the reserved place is charged in full.

What language are the classes taught in?

English, Slovak, Ukrainian or Russian — depending on the group.

Can I wait at the studio during the lesson?

We decide together, depending on what your child needs. You can also wait in the hotel’s comfortable lobby.

How do I pay for the subscription?

By bank transfer against an invoice, always at the start of the period.
